WestJet announced its new 2025 summer routes on Monday, and flights from Edmonton International Airport to two new US destinations are on the way.
The Calgary-based airline is launching a brand-new five-times weekly service between YEG and Salt Lake City, Utah, starting May 15 and running until October 24.
Travellers will also have an easier time getting between Edmonton and Chicago, with a three-times-weekly service between the two cities beginning June 4 and ending October 22.

To the south of us, WestJet is also launching several routes, including a two-times-weekly service between Calgary and Anchorage, Alaska, running between June 29 and September 7.
“WestJet’s expanded summer schedule reflects our continued commitment to connecting Canadians by increasing our domestic and international capacity,” said John Weatherill, WestJet Group executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
