Two Canadian lottery players had a stroke of luck after matching the same winning numbers in the recent draw.
The Lotto Max draw occurred on Tuesday, January 28, and the winning numbers were 03, 13, 19, 43, 46, 47, 50, and bonus 27. According to PlayNow.com, no one won the $20 million jackpot this time, but two people matched six of the seven winning numbers and the bonus number, netting themselves the second prize. As a result, each of them will receive $72,646.60. Both tickets were sold in Ontario.
Thirty-three people matched six of the seven winning numbers, winning the third prize. Each winner will receive $4,402.80.
The Lotto Max Extra winning numbers were 23, 31, 68, and 88, but no one in BC won the $500,000 prize. The winning Lotto Max Encore number was 3333011, but similarly, no one in Ontario won the $1 million prize.

The winning numbers were 13, 15, 21, 35, 36, 42, 47, and bonus 38, and they matched all seven. As a result, the winner is now $60 million richer. According to OLG, the life-changing ticket was sold in Ontario.
