Pedestrian struck with stolen motorcycle in Grande Prairie, Alta.: RCMP

Mounties out of Grande Prairie, Alta., are looking for a suspect who they say struck a pedestrian with a stolen motorcycle.

RCMP say the incident happened around 6 a.m. on Saturday.

“A stolen black motorcycle struck a pedestrian at an extremely high rate of speed on 96 Street, near Hillcrest Avenue,” RCMP said in a release issued later Saturday morning.

“The pedestrian was taken to hospital by EMS and the suspect fled on foot.”
