Edmonton fire crews were called to the West Edmonton Mall Tuesday afternoon about a possible vehicle explosion.
Reports about the explosion and fire in a parkade on the east end of the mall were made to Edmonton Fire Rescue Services at 1:10 p.m.
EFRS tells CityNews the fire was under control by 1:29 p.m. and called out at 2:49 p.m.
There were no injuries reported to Edmonton Fire.
The Edmonton Police Service, which was also notified and on the scene, said it is investigating the incident and would provide more details later Tuesday.
