Police looking for man linked to November robbery in north central Edmonton

Edmonton police are turning to the public in an effort to identify a suspect connected to a gas bar robbery in north central Edmonton in November 2024.

EPS says around 6:51 p.m. on Nov. 13, a man wearing a mask entered a gas bar at 118 Street and Kingsway Avenue and demanded cigarettes.

Reports indicate that an altercation took place between the store’s clerk and the man, at which point the man used bear spray before fleeing the scene.

EPS believes the man lives in the nearby area and has released images from the incident.

The man has been described as 5’5” to 5’7” tall and weighs around 145 lbs. At the time, he was wearing a white full-face mask, a ball cap, a black Reebok sweater or jacket, black pants, and black and white runners.
