Edmonton police looking for missing man with dementia

A man in his 80s with dementia has gone missing, and Edmonton police need the public’s help finding him.

Officers say 89-year-old Rian Usejnov was last seen at around 11 a.m. Friday in the 172 Street and 99 Avenue area on foot.

He is described as being 5’6″ tall with a slim build. Police add he was last seen wearing a black and white fedora, a black jacket with a red and plaid shirt underneath, blue jeans, and dark-coloured boots.

Investigators say they are concerned for his well-being.
